Terms of Service
The terms and conditions governing your use of anchorless-europe.com and the AnchorLess services.
Last updated: 22 July 2026
1. About these terms
Welcome to AnchorLess. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website anchorless-europe.com (the “Site”) and any related relocation, administrative-support and information services we provide (together, the “Services”). The Site is an official marketing property of AnchorLess. By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Who we are
AnchorLess is the trading name of Zahard LTD, a private limited company registered in england and wales (company number 14503377; VAT number GB 452262020). Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
AnchorLess is a relocation and administrative-support platform that helps individuals move to Portugal, Spain and Italy. AnchorLess is not a bank, accountant, tax advisor, investment advisor or law firm. Where regulated services are required, we work with independent, licensed third-party professionals (including immigration lawyers). See our Legal Disclaimer for details.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. The Services
Our Services may include, depending on the package you select:
- Personalised relocation checklists and guidance;
- Preparation and administrative support for documents such as tax numbers, social security numbers and digital identities;
- Coordination with licensed partner lawyers for visa and residency applications;
- Support opening a bank account with partner institutions; and
- Access to the AnchorLess online platform and a dedicated case manager.
We do not guarantee any particular immigration, tax or financial outcome. Approval of any visa, residency or government application is at the sole discretion of the relevant authorities.
5. Fees and payment
Prices for packages and individual services are displayed before purchase and are charged in the applicable local currency. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due at the time of order. Some payments may be made in instalments through third-party providers (for example, Klarna), subject to their own terms. Third-party government, legal or banking fees are not included in our service fees unless expressly stated.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Because our Services involve administrative work that begins promptly after purchase, refund eligibility depends on the stage of your case and the specific service ordered. Your order confirmation and applicable package terms set out the refund conditions that apply to you. Statutory consumer-protection rights, where they apply, are unaffected.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current and complete information and documents when requested;
- Respond promptly to requests from your case manager or partner professionals;
- Comply with all applicable laws of your origin and destination countries; and
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, design, logos and trademarks are owned by or licensed to AnchorLess and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnchorLess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from decisions made by government authorities, partner professionals or third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Third-party services
The Services may rely on or link to third parties (lawyers, banks, payment processors and government portals). We are not responsible for the content, policies or actions of those third parties, and your use of their services may be subject to separate terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights and jurisdiction rules in your country of residence remain unaffected.
